Hi Timmy,
I am still working on my thesis project. When I first emailed you last March I was in thesis research, and now I am in thesis design. I was wondering if I could email you some questions about Clay Street. I would really appreciate your insight. Please let me know if you have the time to answer them.
Timmy, no luck as of yet on 72 Clay Street rental. Do you have anyone who may be interested in the place? Also, my business partner and I are happy to help out with any initiatives that you have for the street. We've been part of the community there for over 8 years and would love to see the street continue to grow and to prosper. Take care! Peter
Hi. Thanks for the welcome.
Im a student at Catholic University in DC and chose to look at the Clay St area for my thesis in architecture. I joined the site to try to find people in the area that can give me imput or feed back on my project. If your ever in town and have the time to let me pick your brain please let me know.

Timmy, http://www.dailyheights.com/ is a good place to start. It's a community blog I've kept tabs on for a few years just out of curiosity. They do a lot of posting on the main site and there are some relatively active forums, too.
My girlfriend is from Annapolis and she showed me your old Web site a while ago. I was curious if you were still around so I googled up Clay Street the other day and found you guys. I also happened across the article from the Capital about the "Two Cities" of Annapolis and was interested in the neighborhood.
I'd love to contribute... but what would I contribute. I'm still learning about the area so I'll keep an open mind. I do have my own blog and have always been interested in community sites like this. I'm a firm backer, for sure.
Cool beans. I'll keep my mind open for any winter ideas. I'm from Ashland, Ohio, which is a little cow town south of Cleveland. You know people in Ohio?
Timm, good job on the Annapolis Times post. Glad to see a lot of people are responding to it and it's creating a stir. It's important to prove to people that it really is possible for individuals to make a difference. Well done. Peace.

It was great to see the kind of moves you're pushing for Clay. I felt honored just to be in the room with all that positivity. Sometimes you need that in life. Otherwise you risk becoming a negitive bitter bastard. I'll definitely be in touch with you soon.
